Application for incorporation of section 8 Company along with application for license will be in Form INC-32(SPICE) and application for section 8 license for an existing company will be in form INC-12.

Currently, the power to grant license to section 8 Company is with RoC. Post amendment, it will go into the hands of CRC Manesar.
