1. Any person can request for registration of Trademark whether Individual, MSME, LLP, Start up, Company and Other.

3. We are relying on the Documents/ information provided by you.

4. User Affidavit executed on the Stamp paper of the amount prescribed by state under whose jurisdiction applicant is making Application. For Delhi, it is Rs. 50 or at higher rate as per schedule 1 of respective State Stamp Act.

5. Power of Attorney authorizing the agent to make an application on behalf of Applicant, executed on stamp paper of Rs. 100 or at higher rate as per schedule 1 of respective State Stamp Act.

6. Every application we used to file is made in accordance with Rules and Regulations lay down by the Act.

7. After filing application, if Registrar found that your applied mark is somewhere similar to the existing mark he send Examination Report on your registered mail ID, reply of Examination Report is to be made within 30 days. Kindly share requested documents within 2 days. Consequently we can file reply within prescribed time.

8. The final discretion either to register the Trademark or not lies with the Trademark Department.

9. There is no guarantee of getting the registration of trademark. Many Agents will ensure you that the Trademark will be registered after applying but the process is not ended after filing Application.

10. If the mark contains or consists of non-English words, a translation of those words into English is required.

11. There are total 45 classes, if any person wants to register their mark in different classes, Government fees and professional fees will be charged on every single application.
